I’ve been back on the rollers this week, and I’ve loved it. It’s a strangely theraputic world which surrounds for 40 minutes spent spinning through the gears and trying to keep a good strong cadence.

I’ve done two sessions and hopefully if the weather is playing ball I’ll be back on it and it’ll be interesting to see if I can knock a few seconds off my best time on the Strava segment. I’ll be keeping the sessions going and I’ll start to add a bit more structure to them, hopefully increasing speed, strength and overall fitness.
